Step 1
We will discuss your colour and design preference with you in our discovery call.
Step 2
We will walk through the home and recommend a colour palette to you according to our 6-step Colour Read guidelines with reference to your home’s architectural style and your furnishings.
Step 3
You can now arrange painting or purchase furniture/accessories according to our recommended colour palette.

Why it is critical to stage an occupied home?
The Process:
Step 1
First, we have to complete the staging consultation process,* then we will guide you with our 8-step “FEEL HOME” philosophy to create a balance between clearing personal belongings and creating spaces where the buyers can feel it home.
Step 2
We will Stage and style the property upon the agreed staging date. It may take 4 to 6 hours for us to complete the installation and styling. After we are done, you can send in your photographer to take professional online photos. Your property is ready to sell to the market.
Step 3
When the property is sold. we will de-stage the property, arrange furniture removal and remove all staged accessories items, if any. Congratulations and it’s time to celebrate!

*We will go through the home and discuss what needs to be done in order to prepare the home for sale. We will provide a staging report that you can fill out and take notes on while we do the walkthrough. This can be a stand-alone service. The fee is $250.00 for a maximum of 2 hours for consultation only.

at the property to go over the process, the budget and review the property.
Step 2
We will create a design plan that speaks to the architecture of your property, selecting the colour scheme and devise a cohesive design style throughout.
Step 3
We will Stage and style the property upon the agreed staging date. It may take 4 to 6 hours to complete the installation and styling. After we are done, you can arrange your photographer to take professional online photos. Your property is ready to sell to the market.
Step 4
When the property is sold. we will de-stage the property, arrange furniture removal and remove all staged accessories items. Congratulations and it’s time to celebrate!
